Accessible actionable answers, when they’re needed most
Over ten million Australians seek information each year about their rights and obligations as employees and employers, often in serious and stressful circumstances. The need was to not merely provide helpful information, but to help people find it.
To ensure the designs for a new website included a human perspective, internal and external research discovery was undertaken nationally on a wide range of audience segments. The goal: to provide accessible, actionable answers, where and how they’re needed most.
The new site provides awareness and knowledge. It educates and facilitates in the most helpful and accessible way possible. No fluff. No spin. And no dead ends. Dispelling myths. Building trust.
